Hello @miladox ,
To assist you effectively, could you please provide the following information to help identify the issue?
- Is the
/elementor
folder present in the Uploads
directory?
- Are the images resized by Elementor in that folder visible in the Media Library?
Kind regards.
Hello and thanks for the reply, I can see a great support behind this and im glad 🙂
here is the details you needed
- Is the
/elementor
folder present in the Uploads
directory?
Yes It is under uploads folder
for example: ….com/wp-content/uploads/elementor/thumbs/
- Are the images resized by Elementor in that folder visible in the Media Library?
Yes
When you upload an image in Elementor, there are for pre-sized options and costume
Thumbnail – 150 x 150 >>>>> (/wp-content/uploads/)
Medium – 300 x 300 >>>>> (/wp-content/uploads/)
Medium Large – 768 x 0 >>>>> (/wp-content/uploads/)
Large – 1024 x 1024 >>>>> (/wp-content/uploads/)
1536×1536 – 1536 x 1536 >>>>> (/wp-content/uploads/)
2048×2048 – 2048 x 2048 >>>>> (/wp-content/uploads/)
Full >>>>> (/wp-content/uploads/)
Custom >>>>> (/wp-content/uploads/elementor)
as you can see custom is at the end and when I choose custom image will be saved in this folder “/wp-content/uploads/elementor/” and it will not be detected by CompressX
