    I hope you’re doing well. Since this is a free plugin, I don’t want to put any pressure on you, but I’d appreciate it if you could let me know whether a solution has been found for the issue I reported. My client is eager to go live once the problem is resolved.

    I completely understand that identifying and fixing the issue may take time. However, if it looks like it will require a longer delay, I may need to switch to another plugin in the meantime. Could you please advise at your earliest convenience?

    I confirm that the issue I was having is now fixed and working as it should be. Many thanks for that. Much appreciated.

    I do have another issue with the plugin but it may be something I am doing wrong. I will contact you guys via support forum.
