Issue on multilingual site

Hi,

My store is multilingual. The badge I created is like that https://prnt.sc/sxe0HSvdqbMR
And it’s appearing on the frontend like that:

English: https://prnt.sc/3VYcWJ23KRjb

Arabic: https://prnt.sc/1pGQeu256o1x

As you can see it’s not appearing properly on Arabic language (the percentage sign % isn’t showing)

I’m using that plugin for translation.
