Issue loading PDFs

    Suddenly when uploading a PDF to the media library, the file no longer displays either as a thumbnail preview or on a page. The page I have linked illustrates all that is shown.

    Have not previously had this issue and have loaded many PDFs in the past.

    Have I changed a setting somewhere..?

    Please help.
