the plugin is selecting the size, but not the color
Please give us a product link to check it for you.
it is not white or black, its written the name of the colour (i’ve already configured correctly the color in variations).

The colors are not displaying, because, you have added color for the global attributes and added the custom attribute with the product. You have to add this to display colors.

Changing the image based on one attribute like- color (as per your reference site) is not available in our Free version.
