Yes, WPConsent is integrated with the https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-consent-api/ plugin.

WPConsent also has its own Google Consent Mode v2 integration available that works directly with GA4.

Yes, you can leave the Consent Mode enabled in the SiteKit settings and WPConsent will pass on the consent signals to using the WP Consent API and Google Consent Mode so that tracking happens according to the visitor’s preferences.
