Is there any rate function in the plugin?

    I want to call function to rate. something like this:
    rate_function(3);
    number 3 is the rate value.
    Please tell me is there any rate function in the plugin?

    Nope. The rating function is found in process_ratings, it takes the form POST request instead of an argument.
