    Hi there,
    I’m reaching out here publicly as I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails to your support over the past two months without receiving any reply.

    Initially, I was in contact with Sravan regarding some issues and I was told that the concerns had been forwarded to the developers. Since then, I haven’t heard anything back, despite several polite reminders.

    I would like to ask:
    Is the support team still active?
    Is the project still being actively maintained?

    I’ve always appreciated the quality of LatePoint, but the lack of response for such a long time is concerning. I’d really appreciate some clarity on the current status of support and ongoing development.
