Does Elementor still rely on jQuery

    Hi,

    I’m using Elementor, Elementor PRO, and the Hello theme for a site (with no other plugins).

    I’ve read that Hello Theme 3.0.0 no longer depends on jQuery. Is the same true for Elementor and Elementor PRO? Can I safely disable jQuery in my WordPress installation?

    As of Elementor version 3.0.0, Elementor introduced some improvements and optimizations, but it did not completely eliminate the use of jQuery. jQuery is a widely used JavaScript library, and many WordPress themes and plugins, including Elementor, have traditionally used it for various functionalities.

    If you’re considering disabling jQuery on your WordPress site, it’s crucial to check the compatibility of your theme and plugins, especially those that heavily rely on jQuery. Some themes or plugins may break if jQuery is disabled.
