IP Based Debugging

Thanks for creating this wonderful plugin.
Can we add IP based debugging option inside the plugin ? It’s will be more help for us. Right now, We are using
if($_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] == '144.122.1.23') define('WP_DEBUG', true); else
define('WP_DEBUG', false);
