    About a few months ago the INVOICES stopped printing. So what I mean is when I click on PRINT INVOICE, It generates a PREVIEW only. I have to exit out then CLICK ON PRINT INVOICE a second time THEN it GENERATES DOCUMENT and I am able to print. I have reported this to GoDaddy. They tried to fix it and can’t. Were you aware of this issue? I just did the new update hoping that would fix it, but it DID NOT.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    We have recently made a change to our workflow displaying the preview. When the “Preview before printing” option (Invoice/Packing > General Settings > General) is enabled, the document preview is shown, you may disable this option to redirect directly to the print without showing the preview.

    In case the issue mentioned is not addressed following the above method. Kindly brief us on the issue you are facing with the help of a screen recording for a better understanding.

    THE “Preview before printing” option (Invoice/Packing > General Settings > General) is NOT enabled and I am still having this problem. I never saw this response. I was never notified via email of this, so I started a new thread today 1-24-2025
