Created portfolio and copied short code to my page. A blank area appears where the portfolio should be. Viewing source code shows that the GridKit HTML and other code is in the page.

@ed-g could you please provide more details regarding your issue? E.g. can you provide the web page url where we can check the issue for you? Hello,

I have the same exact problem. Created a portfolio, short code appears to be embedded on the page correctly but nothing shows up on my page where the portfolio should be.

Please Assist!

The problem is solved with the personal emails.
