    I connected with Zoho Desk and mapped an Elementor Form on my staging website and submitted a form.

    The Error Log Details shows this

    Error Type INVALID_RESPONSE

    Response
    status error
    category INVALID_RESPONSE

    Please guide on what can I check to fix this?

    1. A screenshot of the field mapping section from the Setup page where you mapped the Elementor form.
    2. On the Logs page, click the Detailed Error Log icon and kindly share:
      • The submitted form data
      • The API response
