Internal Server Error with update

    The latest update caused an Internal Server Error on my partner’s site (The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.More information about this error may be available in the server error log.Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.) When enabled, the homepage was visible, but clicking on any link redirected to the error page. When I disabled the plugin, the errors disappeared and the links went to where they were supposed to. Any troubleshooting tips? Thank you so much!

    Do you have access to the error log, or could you ask your host for the actual error that occurred?

    Also, if you happen to know, what version of PHP is the website’s server running?

    Thanks for your reply. I installed a plugin that can generate an error log. Would you like me to send you the debug.log file?

    The version of PHP running is 7.4.10

    Great! I think the error log revealed a problematic plugin that I was able to remove, which fixed the issue. Thanks for your help!
