Internal Server Error 500 when Embedding Shortcode

    We just noticed that since November the embedded shortcode used from QSM causes the page to not load at all when the shortcode is embedded in the page. If we use the “link shortcode” it works fine, but the embedded form causes the 500 error. I looked at the server logs and see this error:
