Have the same issue as a user before:

UsersWP auto updated to version 1.2.47 over night and caused a 500 internal server error when trying to access the WP dashboard. Disabling UsersWP fixes the issue, but we need it enabled. For now I’ve rolled back to before the update and disabled auto-updates for this plugin. Please investigate and advise.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Paula,

1.2.48 is the latest verison, did you mean that? Please try the latest version and if you still have issue please open a ticket here referencing this topic: https://userswp.io/support/ (you may need to create an account which is free, to see the form). I can then assign it to a developer.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

FYI for anyone else reading this.. The hosting provider claimed this was a PHP version issue with another pluign and they downgraded the PHP version of the site.

In my testing, i found that calling the WP function flush_rewrite_rules() casued the 500 error page, even with ALL pluigns disabled, so… I can only assume this was a broken, or badly implemented firewall rule and they just didnt want to admit that.

Anyway, UsersWP was not the casue of this issue.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
