Or, potentially, do you have any other Request a Quote plugins that you’d recommend? Ones you know play nicely with your plugin?

Actually, I’m also noticing that the selected options from the configurator don’t transfer into the Request a Quote plugin, so I may have to find a different plugin to use.

    Hi Sam,

Addify’s plugin is marked as compatible, though I haven’t tested with recent versions, so this could have changed.
Other compatible quote plugins are listed here: https://wc-product-configurator.com/docs/product-configurator-for-woocommerce/compatibility/#quotes-plugins

The most notable probably being the Yith plugin.

I’m also in the process of adding a quote feature to the plugin itself.

Thanks for hitting me back, Marc. It definitely wasn’t working with Addify’s plugin for me. I switched over to YITH and am loving it so far. Everything seems to be working smoothly.

I do have one request/thought that would make the plugin significantly more functional. I’m pretty sure this would be on your end, but otherwise, let me know and I can put in the request to YITH.

Currently, when you pass the metadata for the configuration to the quote plugin, under each specific product, it’s being passed as one single “Configuration” meta item with an HTML styled list of all the configuration options as the data. This makes it really nasty to edit the quote (especially if it’s being done by a non-developer) as it’s just a big block of HTML code. It would make a lot more sense to have each of the configuration options as its own metadata item. That would make it significantly easier to edit and export.

    That all make sense?
