Integration with 2FA

Hi! I have 2FA verification method activated in my site and before installing your plugin when I wrote my credentials a new field showed up asking me for my code. Now with your plugin I can’t access my site because when I enter my credentials in the login form, it says: “CODE REQUIRED: Please provide your 2FA code when prompted.” but nothing happens and no new field appears. Please, can you tell me what can I do? Thanks in advance!

What plugin are you using for 2fa?

Go to ProfilePress >> Settings >> General >> Global >> Ensure no page is selected as “Login Page”. That is, set “Login Page” as “Select…”. This should cause the 2fa to work.

We are going to be building our own 2fa because many of the 2fa plugins do not have support for our plugin.

I’m using Wordfence Security (https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/wordfence/) for 2FA. And your solution is simple and effective, but I would rather prefer using your forms for my custom login page, they are easy to create and configure, look great and allow me to easily integrate them with my site theme and design.

If you can make ProfilePress seamlessly works with Wordfence’s 2FA it would be great. Thanks for your answer!

Update: because of the large number of 2FA plugins, we decided to build our own Two-Factor authentication with improved compatibility with ProfilePress.
