installing and activating issue

    Hi,
    I’m expert on WordPress,
    but when I tried to install this plugin from plugin directory, its get cURL timeout error.
    so I installed it from file manager,but now its won’t activate and get the error “the link has expired, try again”
    I tested more that 20 another plugins and installed and activated all them without any harm and bleeding!!
    but this one has some weird issue.
    My PHP version is: 7.2
