Installed Unwanted Plugins

    The actual plugin I wanted to use worked fine but it installed two other plugins – an image optimization plugin and some other plugin called Otter. No prompts, notification or nothing. Very sketch.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m really sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused.

    To clarify, the additional plugins you mentioned are not installed automatically or without consent. These are optional service we recommend for image optimization and page building during onboarding, but you should always have the choice to skip them. If it appeared without your clear consent, that’s definitely not the experience we want to provide, and we’ll investigate this further to ensure there’s no ambiguity.

    There is nothing to worry about this, as nothing is getting done without your permission on your site, from our plugin.
