Installed Plugin, Removed Plugin-bug remained

Hi,

The wp admin bar removal did what it was suppose to do. It removed the admin bar from the website I am working on. However, I have a plugin called “exclude-pages” that I have had installed (for 2 months with no issue) start to glitch out when I installed this plugin.
I also had issues with my Search field, it started to pull code into the textarea.

I removed the wp admin bar removal from my ftp, however the glitches stayed. Is there any reason why this would happen?
