Installed and Broke Everything

So I was just finishing up my site and decided to install this plugin. I selected it from the dashboard and clicked activate and that’s when everything went awry.

Even the activation page wouldn’t load and now, well, now none of my site will load. I just get a blank screen as if every bit of code had been erased.

I really don’t want to have to completely start from scratch, so I’m hoping someone can help me out here, at least tell me how to manually uninstall it from an FTP program or something.
