Instagram Button Missing

Dear David,

Thank you very much for an excellent plugin. It is very much appreciated and we have installed it on our website:

What surprises us though, is that you have no button for ‘Instagram’ !

Is there a particular reason for this ?

Also, we would prefer it, if the buttons / png files created on make.simplesharebuttons.com were transparent were the colour is white, i.e. the F for facebook etc. This is just food for thought and not urgent.
