Hi,
but did it work if you disable Woo’s Geo ?
and also please provide the report number
you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”
Best regards,
Actually now the problem seems to have stopped, not sure why.
Another question, since I have a woocommerce store is there any cookie that I need to exclude in the plugin settings to make sure my customers don’t see any cached products in the cart/checkout? Or the plugin already takes care of that automatically?
I only have guest checkout, no logged-in users or accounts.

Hi,
plugin itself should purge the cache when product is edited, price is changed or stock is changed
Best regards,
I see. What about this scenario:
Customer A comes to my store and adds a product to the cart and then leaves.
After that, Customer B comes to my store and sees Customer A product added in the cart.
How do we avoid this from happening?

Hi,
for whatever reason , you forced cache on cart/checkout , which by default these pages are not supposed to be cached.
check your cache setting , and you can try reset to default setting first
you can verify cache status by HTTP response header
Do you enable the cache now ? because I can’t find any trace of plugin , but I still see cache hit header
Best regards,
The plugin was deactivated indeed. And I didn’t customize any settings, it’s all default.
Now I turned it back on, do you mind checking again?
This is the link btw.

No, I meant there is some thing else beside plugin is telling the server to cache the page
Is it vps? Do you have root access?
No, its not a VPS.
Maybe Cloudflare, is that possible?

Now I don’t see cache on cart/checkout page
I was thinking it could also come from this, I have this caching enabled.
So how can I keep the LS Cache plugin activated while making sure my cart/checkout pages are not cached?

oh yes, remove it
use plugin to control it , don’t use rewrite rule to control it
plugin will automatically add all the rules it needs
I was using WP Rocket before so I needed to have those rules there.
Two last questions:
1. Is your plugin compatible with WP Rocket or just makes it unnecessary?
2. Does LiteSpeed Cache plugin cache the cart/checkout pages in woocommerce?
If yes, how can I avoid that?
Thanks a lot

Hi,
1) it’s not recommended to use multiple cache plugin , it could creates all kind of weird issues (like your cart/checkout page issue)
2) no , by default , with plugin-controlled caching , it doesn’t , but if you use that rule you posted before, it will cache it
Best regards,
I’m having another problem with Express checkout buttons (PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay) on my product pages with your plugin active.
For Google Pay (Chrome) or Apple Pay (Safari), the buttons are stuck in infinite loading.
For PayPal Express Checkout it opens the modal window that redirects to paypal and closes it immediately.
Any suggestions?
