    Dear Staff,

Many of my customers ask me if they can see the price as soon as they click on the product size, without having to also select the color.

Is it possible to make the two attributes independent? In the sense that if I select the size, I already see the price and vice versa.

    Thank you.

Dear @enry08, thanks for reaching out.

The free version of our plugin only supports the price or weight-based rules. If you’d like to create variable product-based shipping rules, please check out our Flexible Shipping PRO.

    Example:

In general, it should be possible to set the rules based on one or the other product attributes.

Nevertheless, Woo by default displays the shipping in the Cart and Checkout. Therefore, if you’d like to display the shipping rates at the product page, please take a look at our Shipping Cost on Product Page Calculator for WooCommerce.

Since this forum only covers the free versions of our plugins, I’m marking this topic as resolved for now. If you’d like to ask about anything else – please open a new thread or reach out directly.

    Kind regards,
    Piotrek

    OK!

May I ask why shipping rates aren’t calculated based on weight? I mean, I configured shipping rates using the “Shipping Flexibility” plugin, but it’s not calculating rates based on weight correctly. Why?

    Hi @enry08,

Do the products in your store have a defined weight? Could you enable debug mode and show the debug messages?

The issue is probably caused by incorrectly defined weight ranges that overlap. Try setting up the ranges like:

    1. 0 – 1 kg
    2. 1.001 – 2 kg
    3. 2.001 – 3 kg and so on.

    Hi…

I did what you said, but the shipping costs are still displayed indiscriminately.
Maybe I’m entering the wrong values? I mean, in the second field I enter 1.001 –, and I enter this value in the “from” field, even though when I save it still shows the value “1.”

Is it necessary to enter a hyphen in this field? With or without a space?

However, when I save, the changes don’t seem to be applied. Feel free to try. Is there a way to send you the passwords in the private area?

    Hi…
Have you had a chance to check the parameters, because they continue to calculate shipping costs indiscriminately?
    Thanks

If the dot doesn’t work, please use a comma instead.

    Thread Starter enry08

    (@enry08)

    Hi,
I also tried using a comma, but it didn’t work!

WHAT DO YOU THINK IF YOU DID IT YOURSELF?

    Or give me another solution

    Thread Starter enry08

    (@enry08)

The fare it calculates is always €12.60, regardless of weight.
By the way, when I save values with a period, comma, or hyphen, I get values without punctuation, as if I hadn’t saved them.

When I save changes, I get the message “ENTER A NUMBER.”

PLEASE HELP! People complain that fares are expensive, and they’re right because they’re arbitrary.

    THANK YOU

Hi, I’ve already checked SAFARI and FIREFOX on the same PC.

If you want to access the dashboard, that’s your choice.
