Incorrect links to Secure Custom Fields

Hi, thanks so much for the great plugin!

I was translating the plugin the other day and noticed that in the plugin descriptions where SCF is mentioned, there is a link to ACF (https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-custom-fields/).
