This plugin has javascript conflicts and errors with version 5.5 of WordPress.

I’ve had to use wp downgrade plugin to downgrade to 5.4.2

That helped me too. Looking to replace the theme now that it seems unsupported and broken.

You can fix the problem by going through theme’s .js files and replacing
jQuery(...).live
with
jQuery(...).on
There are about 5 files in total.
