Incompatible after update

    Hi,

    I have updated your plugin and the latest version of Woocommerce, but I’m now getting this error in the backend: “This plugin is incompatible with the enabled WooCommerce feature ‘High-Performance order storage’, it shouldn’t be activated.”

    What should we do? Thanks

    Thanks for contacting us.

    The WooCommerce integration add-on is a premium add-on, and we provide support for queries related to the premium add-on only from our support portal. This forum is for queries related to the free version.

    As you have already raised a ticket on our support portal and it has been resolved successfully, I’m marking this thread as resolved.
