In query loop, sometimes excerpt from wrong post is displayed

Using Query Loop on homepage, filtered by category Announcement (see https://i.imgur.com/rtdNxAu.png), the excerpt shown is from a post with a different category.

This is Inspiro Blocks theme (full site editing).
