Improving comprehension

Hi @johnbillion,

In the header of Cron Events there is a statment that says:
“The DISABLE_WP_CRON constant is set to true. WP-Cron spawning is disabled.”

When I first read this sentence, I did not fully understand its meaning.

I had disabled WP-CRON in wp-config.php to activate a cron from the server.

Would it be possible to add some words to complete the meaning?

Something like: “If a cron has been activated elsewhere, this is not a issue.”
