Impossible to delete Object Cache for Everyone

    I’ve been using this plugin for about a year, alongside WP Rocket and Speed ​​Optimizer on SiteGround hosting. About six months ago, I deactivated it and reactivated all of SiteGround’s memcached features and their plugin, but I haven’t been able to delete it and it still shows as inactive. How do I permanently delete it, or is it a very time-consuming process?
