    Hi there,

    I’m able to create the three column layout by following the theme’s instructions here:

    Can you please send me a screenshot of all three widgets (expanded) in the Customizer so I can better troubleshoot this?

    You need to add each widget individually on each of the three front page widget areas. From your screenshot, I see that you have added all three widgets in the first widget area.
