Importing post connections (Posts 2 Posts) from CSV file

After a whole day of work I managed to get post connections (by Posts 2 Posts plugin) imported from CSV file. Here’s the code. In this case, the CSV should be like this:
...,"slug-one;slug-two",.... It’s a plugin stolen completely from this example by the author of RS CSV Importer, so big hurrah for him.
