You can remove those columns , if you doesn’t want to set the date and status manually. By default the status will be set to published. All three fields mentioned are not mandatory.
I tried that but the import isn’t happening. I tried with the excel having two coupons but they do not get imported.

Just checked your demo site. It works there. The part of mapping itself isn’t coming on my dashboard.
Its mapping for orders but not for coupons
