import/export not working

ashrafshahin.com cpanel account has many wordpress websites, i normally use all-in-one-migration to transfer clients works on their hosting. recently this plug isnt working. on client wp site its working, exceptionally not working for ashrafshahin.com cpanel. i hope i explained well of my problem.
talked to my hosting provider, they advised me to contact plugin support. they cant find any error. or if you can tell me where is the issue so that hosting provider can help. thanks

New installed wp sites are working with this plug. but not old ones. 30 days old site. when i go to the plugin export or import page, button not responding. @yaniiliev
