    I am having trouble importing events with a csv. I am using the import export plug in. This never seems to successfully work. I have tried downloading an existing event and just changing a few fields and then importing again.

    All I ever seem to get is the following.
    Don’t Refresh or Close till import completed!

    • No event imported.

    Sucessfully imported

    I was wondering if there were mandatory fields, or limits to column lengths. Please can somebody advise the correct format to use.

    We have identified and fixed the problem on our end. Could you please update the Import/Export extension to the latest version and try importing your CSV file again?

    Please also make sure that the structure of your CSV file matches the layout of the exported sample.
