Hi myg0th. Welcome to the Hueman forum. I’m not sure why you want to add the user-scalable property in the viewport meta tag. What are you trying to accomplish?

i installed “Childify Me” to create a child theme. the plugin create a header.php, funktions.php and a style.css. The style and function are empty. In the Header.php are some informations.. and i put there the scalable=no term. This ist the only thing i actualy whant to change. I read your link with accessability, and i am not sure anymore if i should dicallow scaling. But i like the native-app feeling :/

The webside looks pretty bad, no theme are enabled at this state. its dificult for me to represent.
I think the response time of the webside are the greater problem, than the viewport is.
Do i have to open a new topic with this issue?
Greatings and thx for helping me!!

The plugin doesn’t create a header.php file. If your child theme has a header.php file then your site is using that header.php file instead of the theme header.php file. If it doesn’t contain the correct code then your site won’t run.

There are several services on the Internet that will test your site and report the items that are affecting response time; here are a couple of them:
