Immediate crash upon install

I just installed the plugin and went to the settings page to make some adjustments. Upon making a few changes and hitting save, I immediately got a WordPress error message:
Call to undefined function curl_init() in [my site url]\wp-content\plugins\zenfoliopress\Zenfolio.php on line 31
Any idea what’s wrong?
