ImbaChat Setting suddenly not working

    Hello…. I’m trying to do the setting for Imbachat. Everything was perfectly fine until I filled out the widget number. The Imbachat dashboard just blank after I click save when I filled out the Host area.

    I uninstall and install it back. But the problem remain.

    Please advice me what should I do to continue.

    Hello.
    We had a problem with our server a few hours ago. But no we have fixed it. It should work correctly.
    Is there still the problem?

    Hello..

    I’m in the step 4. In the Imbachat setting, there is nothing to input the API login, API password, and secret key. There are only Connect the Widget and Create Widget options.

    What should I do?

    In step 5, I also would like to integrate with WCFM, but under the setting, there is no market integration option.

    Please advise.

    We have upgraded the plugin recently but didn’t change the documentation. Please, check this tutorial again. It is updated now.
