Images not cropping

    Having an issue with the images used in the carousel I have enabled image crop and entered dimensions but the images are not displaying at those sizes. I have set it at 294 X 244?
    In the text it says that ‘Otherwise, you may need to enable image upscaling feature from the settings below’ but I do not see any upscaling settings? Is the image crop not available in the free version? If not is there any way that I can use a predefined image size used in the store rather than the full size image?

    Hi,
    Cropping feature is available in free version. Our developer forgot to remove the text which was relevant to the older version.

    I think we need to discuss the details a bit more to get to the bottom of this. Would you please contact us from our website’s contact form?
