images and css – not included in free version ?

    i read the descrip of the free version, in part it said the following:

    Includes Media (Images, Icons, Etc): No
    Includes CSS: No

    does this mean that if an image is called by http:// that it would not be converted to https:// with the free version?

    just want to be sure
