Image Tag Search and Tagging

How can I add tags to images so that they can be searchable?

The link I provided is just a website test I am running to see if I buy the plugin, but without the capability of tagging clients won’t be able to find images they are looking for after I upload hundreds of images.

If this plugin cannot give the capability to search images, does anybody know another one? Or a plugin that would work in combination with this one?
