1. provide the report number , you can get it from toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”
2. click “clean up unfinished data” and send again

2. refresh the domain key
3. clean up and send it again

this is weird, I can’t even find any log on image server about your request.
please create a ticket by mail to support at litespeedtech.com

Found msg in quick.cloud message:
Failed to notify WP to pick up optimized images
Unable to notify WordPress to pick up images from node 163.182.174.161. Check QUIC.cloud IPs are whitelisted at the firewall.
Tried to add 163.182.174.161 to Vultr’s firewall group rule, so what’s the Protocol & Port?

emmmm, I am not exactly familiar with Vultr
but please try , TCP , port 443
