Image automatically resize with caption ?

I just notice this on my website. When you have long image caption, your image size stays the same. But if you have short image caption, your image gets smaller
Image size in Editor is 700×471 Image size in Article is 300×201 ( check with CSS Peeper ) How to fix this ? I just encountered this bug today
