Can you ignore prepending text if %CF-CustomFieldName% is empty

like

ISBN: %CF-CustomFieldName%

if the %CF-CustomFieldName% is empty
ISBN: would be removed aswell

would be usefull to be able to

{ISBN: %CF-CustomFieldName%}

or some other syntax
