It appears like a bug. When I use Icon list element of greenlight blocks, I am not able to apply general formatting by parent ul block.

    1. add a “Icon list element” block on a page
    2. Go to settings of Icon list element block
    3. Go to Local styles panel
    4. Do formatting in any tab like typography, colors etc. For example change font size, change text color etc. Nothing happen to inside text content. The text formatting remains as default. In frontend no related css get added.
    5. Now open “Icon list element” block and select “List item” block. Do formatting in it like color change or font size change, its applied to text.

Icon List element use Class system, so local styles has less priority. You can do overwrite in two ways

    1. In Parent Icon list block, select class and find there subselectors
    2. If you want to overwrite specific block by local styles, click on special Target Icon in Local Style panel, this will increase specificity
