i wanted to convert a .html theme to wordpress

i liked a theme a downloaded the free version and found out all the files are in .html and.css . i liked the theme so much . but the thing i need to know i dont know how to work with the theme . i am totally familiar with wordpress and can work properly . but as the theme is in html i dont know how to use this html tmeplates .
so what are my options
1. can i make a musical website with regular content with html theme ? how does that work
2. if not can i convert my template into wordpress theme ?
