In that case, after taking the backup, please add the following filter to your theme’s functions.php file and then uninstall & delete the plugin:
https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#clear-rm-data
That will clear all the data of the Rank Math plugin from your Database.

Side note to @rankmath Rather than using a process, why isn’t that data cleared upon uninstall or at least have an option to do that?
Many users of your plugin may lack the ability to edit files on their WordPress installation safely.

Will see how it could be implemented to the plugin without risking the data loss when someone temporarily disables the plugin.
