I payed for a license but never got the code

Hi, I payed to get the PRO version license, the screen told me a license code was sent to my email but I never received it, not even in spam. I went back to try to log in but it says my email is not in the members database, however the license cost was successfully charged in my credit card, as I can see in my bank balance.

I tried to look for a chat to talk to someone or a phone number but was not able to find anything.

Please help.
