I need help understanding tax rounding

Hi All,
I have a client who wants to round tax at subtotal level, instead of rounding per line, and I can’t tell if it’s working or not.
The checkbox is marked on the Tax tab in WooCommerce, but orders continue to show like this: https://snag.gy/nfF9dK.jpg
But orders are still showing like this: https://snag.gy/Ud0XH9.jpg
It appears that WC is still doing tax per line rather than rounding it.
Is this how it’s supposed to work?
